All merchandise
is sold F.O.B. Auburn, IN. When placing an order you may request
liftgate Delivery or Notify Before Delivery at additional
charges.
- UPS Ground (standard for items
under 80#) - UPS Second Day and Next Day Air
options also available. All items except the Wagons and large Carts can be shipped via
UPS.
- Tailgate Delivery
(standard for large items) - The driver will bring the freight only to
the back of the truck. The customer is responsible for offloading
merchandise.
- Liftgate Delivery - If you do not have a dock, liftgate delivery
is recommended for heavier or larger shipments. Please note: the
liftgate only lowers the merchandise to street level. The customer then
must remove the shipment from the lift. There is an additional $65 for this.

Due to the size and weight of the assembled

shipped via Old Dominion Freight Lines.

| Damaged Shipments |
All shipments are insured
against damage in transit. If your shipment shows any sign of visual
damage, it should be noted on the freight bill or receiving ticket and
signed by the driver.
If damage to shipment is concealed (not visible
until the carton is opened), please keep all of the
packing materials in
the original carton. In both cases, please notify GardenCarriage.com
immediately at: 888-432-2876

| Returns |
Customer service and
satisfaction are extremely important to us. We will accept return
of your
products up to 21 days from shipping date. Please call for authorization
and shipping instructions. You may be responsible for all shipping
charges. Custom
items are not returnable unless a defect in manufacturing
is present.
