Free Shipping

We are now offering free shipping for the entire continental United States. This includes our Carts, Wagons, Replacement Parts, and Metal Kits, but NOT the Pyramid Planters.

NOTE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. RESIDENTIAL OR LIFTGATE FEES MAY APPLY!
The wagons and carts ship motor freight and require the below services if they pertain to you.
      -Expect an invoice via email after checkout for these services if you need them or you may have to pay the driver
        when they deliver your order.
Parts and metal kits ship UPS and DO NOT require the below fees even if they apply to you.


Residential Delivery / In Town Delivery ($60.00)
There is a $60.00 extra fee if your order is to be delivered to a residential location. This includes schools, churches, or colleges. We will send an invoice via email for the charge after you checkout. If the ship to location is a business, please include the business name in the address at checkout.

Liftgate Delivery Service ($70.00)
Most of our products weigh over 150lbs. If you do not have any means of lifting the product off the back of the truck, you will need the liftgate service. There is a $70.00 fee for this service. The driver will lower the product to the ground. If you need this service, please enter a note at checkout. If you use this service and didn't pay for it, you will be expected to pay the driver at your location.


Returns
Customer service and satisfaction are extremely important to us. We will accept return of your products up to 21 days from shipping date. Please call for authorization and shipping instructions. You may be responsible for all shipping charges. Custom items are not returnable unless a defect in manufacturing is present.



Damaged Shipments

All shipments are insured against damage in transit. If your shipment shows any sign of visual damage, it should be noted on the freight bill or receiving ticket and signed by the driver. If damage to shipment is concealed (not visible until the carton is opened), please keep all of the packing materials in the original carton. If the damage looks very critical and isn't just a small item or part, please reject the shipment, and we will have another one on the way. In all cases, please notify us immediately at (888) 432-2876 or by email.

NOTE: Frontier Carriages is not responsible and will not compensate for damaged shipments. We will however make sure you recieve any replacement parts or components that were damaged at no cost.
